Shipping Policy

Your Little Dove offers free shipping on retail orders $75.00 or more within the continental US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico)

Free shipping orders are not sent expedited. If you want expedited shipping, you must choose another shipping option at your cost. Please make sure that you provide a street address. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If we made a mistake with your order, we will pay to have the items returned to us and for replacements to be sent back to you.

Orders using discount codes that reduce the subtotal to less than $75 will be charged shipping. Free shipping applies to the total of the order after a discount has been applied and the total is still over $75. Your Little Dove now offers flat rate $5 shipping available on orders over $15 to $74.  For orders under $15, shipping is flat rate $2.75.

 All shipping is based on cart total and applicable shipping options will be given. We do not require a signature at delivery unless you note otherwise in your order notes. All orders are purchased with insurance. Please follow your tracking number that will be emailed to you and make sure someone is home to receive the order if you are not comfortable with it being left unattended in your absence. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen goods.

Processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days. This means if you place your order on Friday, it may not leave our warehouse until Wednesday. Orders placed before 12:00pm MT are likely to have a shorter processing time. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated shipping time varies by shipping method. We know you are eager to receive your order, but please remember that once an order is placed, it is the processing time plus estimated ship time that equals total days to delivery. Please monitor your order by using the tracking number provided to you when the product ships.

All Web Exclusive pieces will ship within 15 business days from the order date, even if expedited shipping is selected. Unless otherwise noted in product listing or if an email  detailing so is provided after the fact.

Your Little Dove will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you’ve selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. Many of our items require an additional 5-7 business days for shipping time - see specific item descriptions for details. This means there is a 1-2 business day processing time plus 5-7 business days for shipping.

Please note that due to the weight or size of some items or combination of items, we may change the shipping carrier in order to avoid an additional shipping charge on your order. We will notify you via email of any shipping carrier changes.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages or package delays by any carrier.

**International customers:
The customer is responsible for ALL duties and taxes incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package. These totals are levied by shipment location's government and are not affiliated or charged by yourlittledove.com. Returned or refused packages will be refunded less any incurred shipment costs and/or unpaid taxes and duties.  Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates.

International packages are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. If we made a mistake with your order, we will pay to have the items returned to us and for replacements to be sent back to you. In the event that an item is sold out, we will pay to have the item returned to us and will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Local Pick Up

Your Little Dove now offers a local pick up options for customers willing and able to retrieve their orders directly from us. In the event a non-local customer selects the Local Pick Up option at checkout, the customer will be invoiced for shipping costs.  

 

Return to Sender

Any orders that have been returned back to us by the carrier have a hold for 3 business days before the item will be refunded to the original method of payment. Your Little Dove is not responsible to reach out to the customer to inform them of the item being returned. The customer will be invoiced for the cost of returned shipping and the order will be refunded per our return policy.
