Your Little Dove's Refund  & Return Policies
Your Little Dove is happy to refund your money for products that are returned new in the original, undamaged package within 14 days of purchase. Items must be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return and must be accompanied by a Your Little Dove invoice slip. The customer will receive a refund when the returned items arrive at our order center and are processed. Once processed, refunds will be returned to the same method of payment used to make the purchase. Refunds will be issued for the price of the product minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Non-Defective Return Policy
If you would like to exchange or return non-defective products, they must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed, unused, tags on, and in re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within 14 days of the date of purchase and be accompanied by a Your Little Dove invoice slip. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the purchase. See refund policy above. 

Defective Return Policy
Receipt verification and photos will be required when submitting a return for any defective/damaged product. Monetary refunds on defective products will not be allowed. The product must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and you may be referred to the manufacture directly to place your warranty claim if applicable. Product not under warranty or those that do not have proof of purchase will not be approved for a return.
